Nominate a Woman of Distinction.

The purpose of this award is to recognize a woman within the disability community whose life and actions serve as a role model to all women, regardless of ability.

Criteria: The recipient of this award is a woman who lives in Saskatchewan and who lives with a disability and demonstrates the following:
Resiliency in the face of adversity
Ability to serve as a role model regardless of ability
Achievements

Nominations must include:
Nomination form
2 letters of support from members of the community

Nominations will be accepted until February 6th, 2010
